Join the Full Send Summer Challenge - Run the Ridge Edition and Let’s Hit the Trails!
Pack up those hiking boots and hop on the Full Send Bus for a wild mountain escapade! We're trading sandy shores for the stunning peaks of the Appalachian Mountains while exercising our way along the Blue Ridge Parkway this summer. Say goodbye to flip-flops and hello to fitness fun as we virtually trek our way to Asheville, NC! Whether you like to walk, jog, run, hike, swim, paddle, dance, bike, or convert your sweat into miles with our conversion chart, we’ve got you covered. Pick your adventure from six starting points based on how many miles you want to conquer each day – 1, 2, 3, 5, 10, or a whopping 15 miles/day. Get ready for 100 days of intentional movement, surrounded by an awesome crew full of motivation, accountability, and summer vibes!
As many of you are aware, Full Send Racing calls Wilmington, NC home, and we know all too well the havoc hurricanes can wreak. While we caught a lucky break in 2024, our friends in Western NC weren’t so fortunate. That’s why this year’s Full Send Challenges are all about giving back to Disaster Relief efforts in Western NC to help them bounce back from Hurricane Helene.
So, crush those fitness goals while heading to the mountains or use this Summer Challenge to gear up for your next big race.

Run the Ridge 100 - Blowing Rock, NC - Asheville, NC

Kick off your adventure at Trout Lake in Blowing Rock, then wander down the fabulous Blue Ridge Parkway! Saunter over the breathtaking Linn Cove Viaduct and enjoy the majestic views of Grandfather Mountain while you continue on your 100-mile journey through the Little Switzerland Tunnel. Don’t forget to stop at all the jaw-dropping mountain overlooks before you wrap up your challenge in the River Arts District of Asheville!

Run the Ridge 200 - Mount Airy, NC - Asheville, NC

Begin your adventure in Mount Airy, NC—the charming place that sparked the creation of the town of Mayberry from the Andy Griffith Show! Get those legs moving as you make your way to the scenic city of Boone, cruise past the enchanting Tweetsie Railroad, and meander through the delightful village of Blowing Rock. Buckle up for the breathtaking Blue Ridge Parkway, where you’ll be able to see the majestic Grandfather Mountain and snap photos at the endless overlooks! Continue through the historic Little Switzerland Tunnel and cool off at Crabtree Falls before wrapping up your mountain escapade in Asheville's River Arts District!

Run the Ridge 300 - Blacksburg, VA - Asheville, NC

Start your adventure in the charming town of Blacksburg, nestled in Virginia's Blue Ridge Highlands, then make your way to Mount Airy, NC – the home of the Andy Griffith Museum! Take a scenic detour down the Blue Ridge Parkway for some breathtaking views before veering off towards West Jefferson. Don’t forget to swing by Old Barn Winery for a tasty sample! Next up, it’s Boone, where a refreshing brew awaits you at the Appalachian Mountain Brewery. Keep rolling through the picturesque towns of Valle Crucis and Banner Elk, soaking in the awe-inspiring sights of Sugar Mountain and the legendary Grandfather Mountain. As you cruise through Black Mountain and Swannanoa, you'll eventually land in Asheville's River Arts District!

Begin your summer mountain adventure in Shenandoah National Park, nestled in Virginia's Blue Ridge Mountains and home to 101 miles of the Appalachian Trail. From there, continue your journey down Skyline Drive to picturesque Charlottesville, VA, and then proceed to the historic town of Appomattox. As you cruise the beautiful Blue Ridge Highland region and cross into North Carolina, make a stop in Mt. Airy to explore the Andy Griffith Museum. Next, head to Boone and venture onto the Blue Ridge Parkway. See the stunning Grandfather Mountain and take frequent breaks to appreciate the numerous scenic overlooks before ending your adventure in Asheville's River Arts District.

Kick off your summer adventure at Niagara Falls State Park, the oldest state park in the U.S. Travel south through the vibrant forests and game lands of Pennsylvania, making your way into the picturesque landscapes of West Virginia! Continue your journey through Virginia, with delightful stops in charming Charlottesville and historic Appomattox, before heading into North Carolina. Here, you’ll veer west to admire the lush scenery of eastern Tennessee, then return to North Carolina to join the Blue Ridge Parkway, where you can marvel at the iconic Grandfather Mountain. Don’t forget to pause at the overlooks along the way to soak in the stunning views before concluding your adventure in Asheville's River Arts District.

Run the Ridge 1500 - White Mountain National Forest, NH - Asheville, NC

Begin your summer adventure in the stunning White Mountain National Forest of New Hampshire, which is part of the Appalachian Trail. Journey through the vibrant Green Mountain National Forest in Vermont before entering New York State, where you'll pass through Saratoga Springs at the base of the Adirondack Mountains. Travel west along the historic Erie Canal and Lake Ontario, leading you to the majestic Niagara Falls. Then, head south through the beautiful state forests of Pennsylvania until you reach Shenandoah National Park in Virginia, where you'll connect to Skyline Drive. Continue your expedition by merging onto the Blue Ridge Parkway, soaking in the breathtaking scenery of Western North Carolina. Your ride concludes in the artistic River Arts District of Asheville!
We love Kiddos and Fur Babies and would love for them to join us on one of the Full Send Summer Challenges. All Kids and Fur Babies under the age of 18 can register for $30. Discount automatically taken at checkout. Fur Babies will get a dog award instead of a medal. If you are registering a fur baby please put Dog/Cat/Hamster etc. as a part of your animal's name. Ex. Maverick (Dog) Griffin. 🐕
